Wipe data
Click advanced wipe and check « Dalvik/ART cache », « Cache » and « System »; wipe them
Go back and install the ROM
Optionally install Gapps

Important Points to Remember :-

AFTER FIRST BOOT SETTINGS APP ASKS ROOT PERMITTION
THEN PRESS DENY

THEN CHECK IN SETTINGS/ABOUT SELINIX STATUS [IT MUST BE PREMISSIVE]
AND

GOTO CAMERA/ SETTINGS/ SAVE LOCATION

CHANGE THE PATH AND SET IT TO SD
